Responsibilities: Foundation Residency: contribute to the maintenance and productivity of the studio environment, including assisting with firings, cleaning and/or other up-keep during 12 hours of weekly monitoring shifts, aid and advise studio members with inquiries and participate in studio-sustaining activities through design, production or education — Career Residency: public outreach events, mentoring and critiquing fellow residents and studio members and contribute to the sustainability of BCYS including an exhibition of work, product development and studio sale — Visiting Artist Residency: community interaction through workshops, artist talks, mentoring and artist critiques
