Housing: Low-cost housing: The Residency House consists of two apartments. The downstairs apartment is occupied by our Glass Blowing Instructor. The upstairs unit has two bedrooms, one full bathroom, full kitchen, dining room and living room, as well as access to the porch. Each apartment has their own private entrance into the apartment. There is no covered parking for your vehicle, but there is private driveway to the residence. Wifi is included in the rent agreement. This is a fully furnished home; includes furniture, sheets, towels, dishes, etc. There is no private studio space, but the dining room has been used as a work space for most of the artists.

• SAA has two galleries: M.G. Nelson Family Gallery, a monthly exhibiting space on the main campus; and the SAA Collective, our local artist representative gallery in our Broadwell Building

• Access to a large visual art resource library which is open to the public and at your availability
