Funding/Stipend: One free bag of clay/month and use of glazes, slips, washes & more

Workspace: Dedicated shelf space of approximately 35” x 15” x 16” and 24/7 community studio access

Responsibilities: Work a set weekly schedule for 2 hours/week for the studio doing general cleaning and organizing around the studio, trimming and glazing from One-Time classes, and prepping classroom for classes/courses/privates

• A credit is given for two 6-week courses of their choosing

• Residents are paired with a mentor tailored to their specific interests and goals. This personalized mentorship aims to foster growth, provide valuable insights, and help the resident make the most of their time with Merritt Ceramics

• Present an artist talk about resident’s body of work
